😔 I've experienced a bug. What should I do?

If you've experienced any bugs while playing our app, try some of these steps :


1. Reboot your device.

2. Check for available game updates in the store where you downloaded the game.

3. Check for available software updates for your device.


Normally, most of the issues are solved by the steps above.


If none of the steps mentioned above helped, please contact us through our 'official' in-game message.


NOTE: We can check the issue more quickly if you contact us with detailed information by referring to below.


1. What were the exact steps leading to the issue?

ex) The app closed suddenly when I was playing level XXX


2. Could you explain more about the symptom?

ex) The app freezes right after a video ad ends.


3. What are the details of the issue?

If possible, please attach screenshots or videos where we can confirm the issue.


😭 My game crashes (or does not start)

Devices below OS 6.0 and IOS 10 will not be supported in the future.


So, if you're using that version or less, it's hard to play anymore without Android or IOS being updated.

For stable gameplay, we recommend you to use it on OS 6 and iOS 12 or higher devices.


If not, could you send me an inquiry via 'Contact us' button?


And could you tell us your device name, OS / iOS version, and your app version?

(ex: iPhone 11, iOS 13.4.1, 21.1209.00)


For Android user, you can check OS version by following the steps below:

1. Access to Settings on the device.

2. Click 'System'.

3. Click 'About tablet' (it may differ).

4. There will be 'Android version' (example. 8.1.0).


For Apple user, you can check your iOS version by following the steps below:

1. Access to Settings on the device.

2. Click 'General'.

3. Click 'Software Update'.


Moreover, you can check the app version by following the steps below (Android user):

1. Access to Settings on the device.

2. Click 'Apps & notifications'.

3. Click on the app that you've inquired to us (ex. Bubble Pop) and tell us the version of it.


However, if you are an Apple user, you cannot check the current version.

Therefore, please access to the App Store and click on your account and update the app, that you've inquired to us, to the latest version. And then send us the message.

🌋 Device Memory Issues

If your device has not had enough memory, you might experience 'app is loading slowly' or 'not opening at all'. To fix the problems, please refer to the steps below.

We recommend you try the steps below to solve the problem.

- Forcibly close all apps and turn the device off and on again. The device must be turned off for at least 10 seconds and then turned on again.

- Make sure that the device and app updates are up to date.

- Make sure to free up enough memory on your device. In general, it is recommended to secure at least 2GB. If the remaining memory is less than that, free up more memory to keep the game running smoothly.

🚨 My device heats up when I play the game!

It's totally normal for devices to heat up under heavy usage.


Try these tips for improved performance: 

1. Exit other apps before playing the game. 

2. Make sure your device is fully charged, or at least 50% battery life.

3. Be certain you’ve installed any recent software updates.


If you’re running an old version of the game or software, go ahead and update it.


Playing a large-sized game for a prolonged period of time will force your device to work hard, making overheating difficult to avoid. 


Using the information provided has been proven to reduce those chances, so trying them out is definitely worthwhile.
